Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Gopi Handicraft, each product is handmade with care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Item returned not in original condition
  • Item damaged due to customer handling
  • Missing parts not caused by our error

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
